The value of transparency about our hidden fears

I really appreciate this book's transparency about the fears we too often keep hidden, and the author's practical tips for change.
The book reassures women that we're not alone in our fears. Others have been there and have found a way to overcome by relying on the promises of the God of the Bible.
I found this to be a contemplative book, good to read slowly and ponder. There are some gems of wisdom, and the simpler but strong faith of the Celtic Christians certainly has much to offer us today. I liked the practical applications at the end of each chapter that showed readers how to form their own prayers after the patterns of the Celts.
